All customer and or contest winner sales are considered Cash And Carry which is defined as "a system of trading whereby goods are paid for in full at the time of purchase and taken away by the purchaser". HOLDS ON PRODUCT IS NOT ALLOWED. All product will be removed by purchaser from the warehouse sale on same business day as purchase. All items remaining at close of business will be considered for sale at the sole discretion of Craig Bachman Imports, Inc. Equipment including but not limited to pallet jacks, fork trucks and oversized carts of any kind to move, load or organize items will not be allowed on the premises of the Warehouse Sale.
